Whilst immense care has been attended to ensure that the products presentation is as accurate as possible on our website, due to the vast differences of monitor's display and colour capabilities we cannot guarantee that the images displayed on your monitor are accurate representation products.

Using Our Made To Order Service

Allow 4-6 weeks for production of tie, packaging and postage. We aim to make ties before the deadline during these time frames. The ties production begins upon full cleared payment.

Prices may vary depending on selected cloth. 

We also handcraft ties from fabric provided by yourselves, which comes under our bespoke services. Contact us here to discuss your requirements. If you have other requirements which are not stated or offered in our Made To Order service then use our Bespoke service or Contact us here.

If you happen to change your mind on one of the options you have selected, do notify us immediately and we will proceed with changes. If your tie is in the process of being made or completed then changes can not be made and exchange and refund will not be processed.

Payments are non-refundable, unless unworn ties are faulty.

Postage and Shipping fees apply depending on destination.

Using Our Bespoke Service.

The Bespoke service involves a private consultation with Shaun Gordon from start to finish.

The Bespoke service involves having a pattern made especially for you on your first order.  Further charges will apply if you decide to have an additional pattern made for future orders.

The following options will be available within the Bespoke service: fabric sourcing, tipping selection, blade width, tie's length, interlining weight or thickness and thread colour.

If you decide to go with your own fabric, we will review it and confirm that the fabric is suitable. This includes customising other garments into neckties.

Once the style of your tie has been finalised and you have confirmed on how we should proceed, do allow 4-6 weeks for production of tie, packaging and postage. We aim to make ties before the deadline during these time frames. 

Ties production begins upon full cleared payment.

Once production has begun, it is highly unlikely amendments can be actioned at this stage, if you should change your mind. Therefore, we kindly ask that you are absolutely happy and certain with your choice of tie before we proceed because exchange and refund will not be processed.

Payments are non-refundable, unless unworn ties are faulty.

Orders and Payment

Payment transactions are in sterling currency (£).  If you are purchasing outside the UK, the transaction will be charged at the equivalent price of the current conversion rate.

By placing an order through our website, you certify that you are the account holder and the payment details provided on your order are accurate.

Orders are accepted and processed by ourselves when payments are made in full.

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed through our website at our sole discretion, in which case you will be given notification and refunded in full. 


Postage and delivery charges will be added to your final purchase. 

We aim to dispatch products within 1-2 business working days of purchase. This does not apply to our Made To Order and Bespoke services. 

The postal services we will use the Royal Mail Sign For services: 

UK purchases: 1-2 business working days.

Europe purchases: 3-5 business working days.

International purchases: 5-7 business working days.

Other options for postal services are Fed Ex, which should take 1-3 working days. Timescale may vary depending on the charge.

In an unlikely event of items not arriving in due time please use the automated tracking system provided.

Exchange and Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in an unworn and saleable condition within 14 days with your receipt/invoice and return note for an exchange or refund.

Ensure your completed returns note information on the items you are exchanging, or reason for return. This will be provide to you via email. Place form inside parcel.

Cut and fix securely our returns address label on the outer packaging.

Ensure that your parcel is securely packaged as we will not be held accountable for products damaged in transit and therefore, an exchange or refund will not be processed.

We do not cover the cost of postage for refunds/exchanged items being sent back.

We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail ‘Signed for’,‘Special delivery’ or preferred tracked services as we will not be held accountable for products lost in transit and therefore, an exchange or refund will not be processed.

Refunds for postage charge are not included.

Retain your tracking receipt until the item has been acknowledged by email.

Allow 14 working days for refund/exchange to be completed.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Postage payment are not included in your refund.
