Exchange and Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in an unworn and saleable condition within 30 days with your receipt/invoice and return note for an exchange or refund.
Ensure your completed returns note provides information on the items you are exchanging, or reason for return.
Cut and fix securely our returns address label on the outer packaging.
Ensure that your parcel is securely packaged as we will not be held accountable for products damaged in transit and therefore, an exchange or refund will not be processed.
We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail ‘Signed for’,‘Special delivery’ or Fed Ex service as we will not be held accountable for products lost in transit and therefore, an exchange or refund will not be processed.
Refunds for postage charge are not included.
Retain your tracking receipt until the item has been acknowledged by email.
Allow 14 working days for refund/exchange to be completed.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
