Terms & Conditions for bespoke service

Please allow 14 working days for tie/s to be made and posted. The aim will always be to complete within this time frame.  In the unlikely event that the tie/s are not made on time, you will be notified by email or telephone (if provided), where we can arrange for a discount or full refund.

The bespoke service provided offers you free postage in the UK and Europe only.

To view our selection of fabrics for your very own bespoke tie, fill in the form and we will send you a unique link and password.

After you have decided on which fabric, tipping and tie width, an invoice will be emailed to you. Only upon full payment will ties be made.

If you have your own material that you would like to use then please send an email for further discussion.

Payments are non-refundable, unless unworn ties are faulty. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you are absolutely sure before purchase. 

Return / Exchange

In the unlikely event of returning faulty tie/s please follow these instructions:

Please ensure that your parcel is securely packaged and enclose your completed returns note, providing information on items you are exchanging or reason for return. Cut and fix securely our returns address label on outer packaging.

We strongly recommend that you use a ‘Signed for’ or ‘Special delivery’ service if using Royal Mail as we will not be held accountable for products lost in transit. Please retain your Royal Mail receipt until the item has been credited back to your account or an exchange has been issued.  Refunds for postage charge will be included.

Our bespoke ties starting prices are £130.00 min., which may vary depending on fabric and style.
